GEEZ Louise!

GEEZ Louise! advocates, educates, teaches and works alongside women of all ages as they discover their dreams, talents and themselves.  GEEZ Louise! strengthens, supports and values all women, regardless of their histories and backgrounds.  

GEEZ Louise! provides a safe physical and emotional space for women as they explore who they are and their place in the world.  This feminist agency strives for systemic, long-term change by strengthening, encouraging, and supporting women so they may go forth and challenge the ways society can devalue and discourage women from advocating for themselves.

GROUP WORK

GEEZ Louise! offers group work for women and girls around the issues of sisterhood, feminism and all kinds of issues relevant to women's lives.  

Summer programming for middle school young women is happening June 13 - August 17th!  We are learning to deal with overwhelming emotions, exploring our talents and discovering cool places in Des Moines.

GEEZ Louise is also providing "Seeking Safety" groups at the Iowa Women's Correctional Institution.

COMMUNITY AWARENESS EVENTS

 Quarterly community events are held to educate the community on the lives of women. 

SPIRITUALITY WORKSHOPS

Meditation, labyrinth walks, energy work, retreats and T'ai Chi classes will be held through out the year. Call or email for times and days.

Labyrinth Workshops are always available.  Learn how to create this wonderful meditation tool.  Walk one, experience one, build one!  Rates are negotiable.

Esoteric Healing sessions - $30.  Sessions include balancing the 7 chakras and working within each chakra to facilitate the flow of energy.

Past Life Regressions - $60  Regressions are soul work that involves journeying back to previous lifetimes to discover or rediscover the lessons learned and brought forward.
